## When is check-in and when is check-out?

On the day of arrival you can check in from 3:00 until 07:00 pm. Check-out on the day of departure should take place by 11:00 am. If you are leaving before 8:00 am, please check out the evening before.

## When is breakfast served?

You can have breakfast from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 10:00 am and at the weekend from 07:30 to 10:30 am and help yourself to our extensive breakfast buffet. You are also welcome to book your breakfast individually.

## Does the Wildbad Rothenburg o.d.T. offer parking facilities?

Yes, there is a limited number of parking spaces in front of the house. Your parking space is already included in your booking and there are no extra costs.

## Is the Wildbad Rothenburg o.d.T. barrier-free?

There are several elevators in the building that provide barrier-free access. However, there is no elevator in the Kurhaus and not up to floor 8.

## Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes, dogs are allowed in some rooms. Please enquire about this directly when making your booking.

## Are there any costs for canceling?

Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation conditions.

## Are the rooms in the villa building and the Kurhaus different?

All our rooms combine coziness and comfort. In the villa building, you can use a spacious terrace with a view of the park from your room.

## Is there free WIFI?

Yes, the WIFI is free of charge. You can obtain your access data at reception.
