The villa building is the highest part of the Wildbad and gives the impression that it was built in the middle of the steeply rising slope. The long side of the villa building faces directly towards the town of Rothenburg.

Incidentally, the name "Villa building" comes from the Swiss hotel industry, where detached lodging houses in a spa complex with their own entrance were called villas.
