Our kitchen philosophy
Regional, seasonal, sustainably produced and, where possible, organic is an important basic principle of our purchasing. If we use a product from abroad, it should be ‘fairtrade’ wherever possible. At the same time, we try to use the whole product in our kitchen, i.e. all parts of an animal where possible. We follow the same approach with all other products used in our Wildbad kitchen. In addition to the principle of responsibility, this also demonstrates the great creativity of our kitchen team.
With our kitchen philosophy, we want to make our claim to responsibility and quality in connection with sustainability in the context of ecological awareness and orientation towards the common good transparent to our guests, our business partners and not least to our entire team.
